Uncap the inhaler and hold it just below your nose (do not insert inhaler tip into nostril). Inhale slowly, counting from 1 to 5 as you inhale. Then hold your breath for another count of 5, and exhale slowly. Repeat this procedure 2 to 3 times for each nostril. Then take a break to give the essential oils a moment to work. Use as needed.
If your nose is stuffy, use the All Stuffed Up aromatherapy blend first, wait 5 minutes and then continue with the aromatherapy blend of your choice for best results.
A proprietary blend of organic and wild-crafted therapeutic-grade essential oils, including Spearmint and Cardamom. Gluten-free, synthetic-free, cruelty-free.

"Because I am hypersensitive to stimulants I cannot drink anything with caffeine in it without risking being up all night and feeling jittery all day. The Sharp As a Tack Aromatherapy Inhaler is perfect for me. I use it at around 3:30 in the afternoon when all my co-workers are drinking yet another cup of coffee to get them through the rest of the work day. All I have to do is take a couple of discreet little sniffs at my desk, and I'm good to go! This is a terrific aromatherapy blend for stimulating the senses and improving memory and concentration without any of the downsides of using coffee, tea or energy drinks. Love it!"

"Each time I use the Sharp As a Tack aromatherapy inhaler I feel an instant biological response that creates a sense of focus….clarity, ability to access information quickly in my brain. I have it by my computer and use it before teaching, giving interviews and writing and it works each time…also I notice in the afternoon when I get the post lunch brain fog it creates a sense of clarity as quickly as I use it….love it! Thank you so much for the opportunity to try this!"

"I have severe arthritis so my doctor told me not to drink coffee or anything with caffeine in it because it makes all my joints hurt. This is a problem for me because I desperately need something to help jumpstart my day, otherwise I feel slow and sluggish like my brain is still asleep. I found this sniffer thing when I did an online search for alternatives to energy drinks. The stimulating effects kinda snuck up on me without my feeling an energy jolt or getting a sudden attack of the shakes like I used to get from drinking coffee on an empty stomach. It is a much softer, more comfortable feeling and surprisingly effective. It also does not interfere with my sleep so I can take it in the evening before I meet friends for dinner, instead of feeling too tired to go out. I've never used any natural remedies before, but this has definitely changed my mind about trying more of them in the future."
