SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
The secret to La Ishá High Performance Natural Skin Care's success is that we make all of our products fresh, one small batch at a time. We generally formulate new product batches on Mondays; they marinate for 24 hours to make sure they are perfectly blended, and are ready for filling and packaging the following day. This gives you the kind of results made possible only by using fresh ingredients of maximum potency. We know how anxious you are to receive your products, so we make every effort to process and ship most orders within 5-7 business days in the U.S.
We ship anywhere in the U.S. via USPS, and offer both Flat Rate Priority Mail and 1st class options.
Please note that all freight charges are the responsibility of the Receiver unless otherwise specified by La Ishá. Any lost, stolen, erroneously delivered or undeliverable packages are not the responsibility of La Ishá Inc. While we insure our packages and provide tracking information to our clients, it is the receiver’s responsibility to file a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier and contact them directly regarding any shipping issues. La Ishá Inc. is not responsible for the handling of the shipment by the carrier, nor can we control where the package is delivered. La Ishá Inc. also cannot guarantee delivery within the timeline stated by the carrier as this is beyond the scope of our ability, influence and liability.

Quality and purity are of paramount importance to us at La Ishá. Because we are dedicated to your health and safety, we cannot re-use products that have been returned after being opened, so please make your purchases carefully. We are a custom shop, so we cannot accept returns unless the product you purchased is defective or an error was made by us in filling your request. In order to give you an opportunity to try each of our products before purchasing them in full sizes, we offer a wonderful product sampler for only $22 that contains 8 of our fabulous age-defying formulations. This includes free shipping!
In the event that the product you purchased is defective or we have made an error in filling your order, we will be happy to replace the item(s) or refund your purchase and pay the return shipping costs as well. Should this happen, we must receive notification from you within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please call us for a return authorization code and instructions on how to send back the unused merchandise.
Note: Please contact Customer Service for instructions on how to schedule a return, refund, or exchange. All order cancellations must be made by phone within 24 hours of purchase. No credits, refunds or exchanges will be processed without prior authorization. We also cannot issue a refund on product that has been returned empty.
