La Ishá stands behind every product we sell. Period.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason with the products you have purchased, send us the unused portion within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund, less shipping costs. If the product is defective or the return is a result of our error we will be happy to pay the return shipping costs as well. We appreciate your business.

Note: please contact Customer Service for instructions on how to schedule a return, refund, or exchange. No credits, refunds or exchanges will be processed for items returned without prior authorization.
